Kirsten discovered the potential of nonprofits when she saw several local organizations help two members of her family out of homelessness. He studied Marketing and Communications at the University of South Carolina and now works for Carolinas HealthCare System. He graduated from Arizona State University with a degree in Psychology and a degree in Organizational Studies.
Gardner-Webb University was where he studied Psychology and Business, and he earned an MBA specializing in nonprofit management from UNC Charlotte. Ursula is a resident of Charlotte, North Carolina, and is an active volunteer at schools in Charlotte Mecklenburg, where her children currently attend. She also supports organizations such as the Ministry of Crisis Assistance, Harvest Food Bank, Florence Crittenton, and Habitat for Humanity. Caroline has been actively involved in the Charlotte nonprofit community since she followed her true passion. Ursula earned a degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina and a master's degree in Business Administration from the Keller Graduate School of Management.
He is passionate about social justice issues and graduated from Appalachian State with a degree in Global Studies focusing on Peace, Conflict and Human Rights and specializing in Nonprofit Management. Thomas University in Miami, Florida, was where he earned his master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Business. FFC volunteers worked with Catherine for weeks to plan and organize her move. They helped her pay the deposit so she still had some savings when she moved, and collected essential household items to provide a warm home for her children. He has devoted his time to making a difference in the community by partnering with nonprofit organizations and local organizations to achieve positive change.
Hazbun lives in South Charlotte and enjoys spending time with her 8-year-old son, Carter, when she has free time. Prior to joining TIAA, Travluss held several leadership positions in other organizations such as Bank of America, Danaher Tool Group, and Black & Decker. She has a degree in Criminal Justice from South Carolina State University and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Social Work at Winthrop University. Mandy moved to Charlotte in 2004 to study at the University of North Carolina in Charlotte where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration focusing on Marketing.
